18 months for DUI 5th in Carter County

Trooper Greg Marlowe found this guy in October 2011 driving under the influence. Macky Lee Padgett, 48, pled guilty and received an 18 month sentence from Judge Bob Cupp in the Criminal Court of Carter County.
