Lincoln Memorial University fights DUI proactively

As prosecutors we love it when DUI's are prevented and people get home safely. In Harrogate, Tn, the good folks at Lincoln Memorial University did their part. They brought in a vehicle simulator that allowed students to learn what it was like to try to control a vehicle at different alcohol levels.
