Reducing Hardcore Drunk Driving

Kudos to the Century Council and Harvard University for a new collaborative effort to find ways to reduce repeat DUI offenses. Many repeat offenders have major metal illness problems as well as alcohol and drug addictions. Harvard and the Council are teaming up to study how the Courts can better assess the nature of the problem and address it.
