Note to criminals on the run: if you are trying to outrun a Texas murder charge and trying to outrun the United States Army for desertion, you might want to drive the speed limit.
This note is a little late for a Floridian driving in Bradley County. Trooper Gibson pulled him over, ran his information and discovered this guy was wanted. Thank goodness criminals like this ignore our speed limits. Read about it at:
