A video explaining a new law, which goes into effect July 1, 2014, permitting the expanded use of transdermal monitoring has been posted on my you tube page at:

The law permits the use of devices that monitor sweat for alcohol content for probation, parole, pre trial and judicial diversion. They are already accepted for monitoring people on bond.
