The good news in 5 fewer people died over this Memorial Day weekend on Tennessee roads than last year.
The bad news is that we lost five people over the holiday weekend.
Congratulations to law enforcement officers who worked many extra hours to slow down the speeders, ticket the texters and arrest the DUI drivers. Thanks for keeping us safe.
Condolences to those who lost loved ones. May they rest in peace.
