In Rogersville, Tennessee, Judge John Duggar denied a request for alternative sentencing in this vehicular homicide by intoxication case. The Defendant had a .17 BAC and three different drugs in her system, when she killed her passenger. Due to her prior criminal record, she was sentenced to 8 years.
